Founder and CEO

Aaron is one of the leading voices for diversity and inclusion in Swedish business. He has 20+ years of experience in leadership from a variety of industries and he uses his personal experiences of being gay and black in executive positions at for example ICA, Vattenfall and Schibsted to break barriers and challenge the norm. In 2021 Aaron was awarded Unionens LGBTQ+ prize for creating the most inclusive workplace in Sweden, in 2022 he was named one of Sweden's top role models by Diversity Index Award and in 2023 he was named one of the top Nordic trail blazers in the Nordics by Diversify.

Evelina is Managing Partner at early stage venture capital fund Wellstreet. She is active in AI, tech and business forums, where she frequently speaks about AI investments, ethics and policy matters. Evelina previously served as an executive at AI company Peltarion (acquired) and has a background as an M&A lawyer. She is also co-founder of legal tech company Justic, advisor to AI Sweden and holds board positions.

Head of Business Unit

Ingrid is a reputable voice in tech, AI, and water-related sustainability. She has a diverse background from management consulting, tech start-ups, and big corporates, in which she has addressed the opportunities and tackled the challenges of leveraging AI and data for business success from different perspectives. In her current role, as head of business unit Sustainable Water Management in the innovation investment arm of corporate Aliaxis, she is investing in and building digital solutions to solve the world’s water challenges. In addition, since 4+ years, Ingrid is chairing the largest community for data scientists and AI enthusiasts in Northern Europe, Stockholm AI, with the mission to build and facilitate knowledge sharing in the AI community in and around Stockholm.

Before founding Kognic, Daniel gained extensive experience delivering machine learning solutions at a global scale as Team Lead for Collection & Analysis and at Recorded Future. Daniel earned his M.Sc. in Engineering Mathematics at Chalmers University of Technology, where he served as President of the Student Union and a Member of the Board of Directors. He has been a Visiting Scholar at both MIT and UC Berkeley.
